I have a Bachelor of Arts with Spanish and Psychology majors, a certificate in Social Diversity, and studied abroad in Chile for 5 months. I also volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters for three years and was a Buddy for the International Buddy Program through University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire for two semesters. I have worked for 211 as an Information and Referral Specialist for nearly a year where I was able to direct callers to agencies that might be able to assist them with their needs. Some needs included help paying rent and other expenses, finding insurance and doctors, as well as finding agencies that assist with school financing and courses that non-English speakers could take for free.
