Independent Game Development Coalition Club,  UC Santa Cruz - Sound/Music (1st year)

SEPTEMBER 2023 – PRESENT (1 hour per week)

• Work with different groups and develop game ideas.

• Compose/Produce soundtracks and music for games.

RUHS Girls Flag Football, Chargers & Rams League of Champions - Captain (12th Grade)

DECEMBER 2021 – PRESENT (6-10 hours per week)

• Mentor & lead new members in drills and practice 2-3 times per week.

• Play 2 games on weekends in season. 

• Positions held include Tight End & Defensive Back. 

Acapella Club,  Redondo Union High School - President (12th Grade)

SEPTEMBER 2019 – PRESENT (1 hour per week)

• Lead contemporary singers interested in popular music.

• Practice 1 day per week and perform 3-4 times per year.

• Positions held include Alto, Vice President and President.

Club Soccer,  Beach Futbol Club - Captain (8th-11th Grade)

APRIL 2014 – APRIL 2022 (9 hours per week)

• Practice 2-3 days per week and play 2 games on weekends in season.

• Positions held include Forward and Center Midfield.

• Earned 1st place in flight 2 league.

Esports - Overwatch,  Redondo Union High School - Support Player & Finalist

FEBRUARY 2022 – APRIL 2022 (2 hours per week)

• Highschool.gg is an organization that partners with schools to bring competitive video games to high school students, as well as an opportunity to learn from industry experts on how to turn their excitement for playing video games into a career in the STEAM fields behind the games.

• Practice 1 day per week and play 2 games per week.

• RUHS school wide Overwatch league champions & RBUSD Esports Championship Runner-Up.

• Practice 2 days per week and play 2 games per week.

• Positions held include Left Forward and Center Midfield.

RUHS Chorus/Advanced Chorus, Redondo Union High School - Alto

AUGUST 2019 – PRESENT (5 hours per week)

• Practice 3 days per week and perform 5-6 times per year.

• Positions held include Alto 1, Alto 2 and Soprano 2.

• Performed solos and originals at winter & spring concerts.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE 

Lion’s Heart Volunteer Association,  Redondo Beach - President & Volunteer

AUGUST 2019 – PRESENT (2 hours per week)

• Collected and organized food for families in need.

• Created and distributed bag donations with simple necessities to the homeless.

• Participated in beach & park clean ups and helped Wilderness Park in forest restoration.

• Spread positivity through messages at local elementary schools and coordinated group meetings/events.

• Positions held include President, Vice President, Secretary, & Historian.

AWARDS

AP Scholar with Honor - 2022-2023

Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

Lion's Heart T.O.B.Y. Award - 2021-2022

Awarded to a Lion's Heart member, an entire group, or a group of members not necessarily in the same group in grades 6-11 who demonstrate that they clearly went above and beyond.

Redondo Council PTA Reflections - Award of Excellence / 1st - High School Music Composition  - 2017-2022

Local PTA picks 1 victor in the school for each 6 categories based on the theme; the winners of the school's reflections contest go against other schools in the region, state, national, etc. Interpretation of the prompt, creativity & technique are considered.

RUHS school wide Esports Overwatch League champions & RBUSD Championship Finalist  - 2022

To advance to the regionals, our team had to win the school's esports Overwatch league; advancing to the championship led us to play against Mira Costa High School.

Academic Letter/Pin  - 2019-2022

Academic Awards given to Juniors & Seniors with 3.5+ GPA for 6 cumulative semesters.

RUHS Principal’s Honor Roll  - 9th,10th,11th,12th Grades

Awarded for 4.0 GPA or higher.

RUHS Girls Flag Football Varsity Letter  - 2021-2023

Demonstrated outstanding athletic participation in varsity girls flag football and achieved varsity status.

1st Rams & Chargers League of Champions Victor - 2021-2022

Undefeated season 11-0; Won the championship at the Super Bowl Experience and the RUHS Tournament of Champions. 

Rams & Chargers League of Champions Captain Award - 2022-2023

Awarded to one athlete per team for being an exemplar in girls flag football and leading the team as a captain. 

WORK EXPERIENCE 

BeachLife Festival,  Redondo Beach - Intern

APRIL 2022 - AUGUST 2022

• Research local restaurants and retail for future inquiries and database building.

• Learn to organize and sell merchandise online.

• Help to promote the BeachLife Ranch Festival at Fiesta Hermosa.

• Assist in post festival fiscal reports.

Sloopy's Beach Café & The Lighthouse Café,  Manhattan & Hermosa Beach - Songwriter/Performer

MARCH 2019 - PRESENT

• Set up music equipment and perform 2 hours per gig once every other  month.

• Sing covers and original songs with piano, guitar or ukulele accompaniment.

• Coordinate performance schedule.

Boba Loca Café Gourmet,  Redondo Beach - Barista/Cashier

AUGUST 2022 - PRESENT

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders.

• Prepare and serve various beverages.

• Clean dishes; organize and restock necessities.

• Mop floors and assist with closing activities.
