I am currently a junior at George Mason University, majoring in Foreign Languages with a concentration in Spanish, and minors in neuroscience and linguistics. I was originally accepted into and enrolled in the college as a Neuroscience major, but linguistics stole my heart as I began to take foreign language classes for my Spanish minor at the time. I'm an out-of-state student, as I am originally from Massachusetts. I received the Mason Excellence scholarship to be renewed for all 4 years, as well as federal loans and work study through the FAFSA. During my studies at Mason, I have studied abroad for 2 semesters and have worked very closely with the global education office.
