I have extensive experience in food service and have also served as a poll worker, childcare provider, and intern for a number of organizations rooted in civic engagement and education. My time studying abroad in Madrid, Spain in the summer of 2023 taught me about the importance of cultural immersion and I take that enrichment with me everywhere I go. My commitment to leadership throughout my high school career awarded me a faculty scholarship and grant money to help me pay for my tuition at Thomas Jefferson University - East Falls Campus. As a freshman, I am currently the secretary of the Queer Student Union, an Events Coordinator for Active Minds, a Communications Board Member for TEDxJeffersonU, and a Writer for the Jefferson Student Voice. In addition, I hosted a Roundtable Conversation on the Implications of the Model Minority Myth for Asian Americans in Law.
