Hello, I am Leilani, and I am a senior at Kennesaw State University. I graduated high school with a full ride Navy ROTC nursing scholarship to Jacksonville University. After a year I transferred to Kennesaw State University after withdrawing from the ROTC program. I am currently studying Integrated Health Sciences and minoring in public health, which is closely related to nursing, public health and human services majors. I am a commuter student, and I am part of the club volleyball team, all-women's weightlifting team, made the dean's list 3 times, and I have the HOPE scholarship which pays most of my tuition. I also have a part-time job at an orthopedic clinic which I am using as an internship for academic credit. I have lived in Kennesaw for a long time, it has a small town feel to it and it is only 40-50 minutes from Atlanta, there is so much to do here!
