I pushed myself hard in high school with the resources available to me to make the best of the experience itself while also appealing to colleges. I loved all the activities and extracurriculars I was part of as they helped me grow as a person. I became more cultured, experienced, and open minded as I was exposed to so much. I loved sports, which is why I did so much (I averaged around 3 hours a day). Every summer I also went to summer camps related to fields I was interested in or at universities I was looking to apply to. This allowed me to get an introduction of university life, to learn about new fields and whether or not I liked them, and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I also interned my junior and senior year at a telecom company where I was able to get in depth technical knowledge.
