My name is Victor Tocco, and I am currently a grad student at San Diego State University. My degree is in Education Counseling, so talking to students about what they want to do with their lives/career is literally what I am trained to do!
Before becoming a student, I spent 8 years in the United States Navy as a Special Boat Operator (therefore, I am utilizing the GI Bill). Currently, I serve as Vice-President on Linda Vista Town Council.
