Hello! I am a senior at Arizona State University and I'm also a part of Barrett, The Honors College. For much of my education I have been a Medical Studies major and recently changed to Health Sciences to also learn about Healthcare Management. I'm someone who has worked at least one job throughout my time in high school and university while still trying to maintain a good standing in my courses. I believe it's valuable to recognize that not every student has the ability to dedicate all their time to school, but that does not mean you cannot excel, even given a tough curriculum. I received scholarships throughout my time at ASU, as well as securing myself a spot in the Honors College, even though I am not the most impressive student on paper. I hope to help fellow students write compelling admissions essays, navigate the scholarship process, and give a realistic outlook as to what working full time and pursuing higher education can look like.
