I am a transfer graduate from UCLA. My higher education journey started at Los Angeles Pierce College due to financial reasons, as well as an uncertainty of what field I was interested in pursuing. I transferred to UCLA, and took full advantage of the resources there, such as taking honors courses of the classes available to get the opportunity to work closely with my professors; In addition to volunteering for research studies held by former professors.
